1. Information Collection: We collect personal audio recordings, vocal samples, and photographic media provided by the client for the purpose of professional music and video production. 2. Identity Protection: As an Identity Access Management (IAM) focused firm, we prioritize the security of your raw media assets. All files are stored in secured, encrypted cloud environments. 3. Disclosure: We do not sell client data. Media is only disclosed to third-party distribution partners (e.g., Spotify, Apple Music, iTunes) as required to fulfill the "Global Distribution" aspect of the Artist Residency. 4. Data Retention: Raw assets are retained for the duration of the residency. Upon termination, clients may request a secure transfer or deletion of raw files.

For the Terms of Service Page:

1. Retainer Model: Services are provided on a monthly retainer of $7,000 USD. This fee covers the production of one song and associated video assets per 30-day cycle. 2. Intellectual Property: All musical works produced are registered under Parrea Breeon Publishing. The client is granted a perpetual, non-exclusive license for personal and promotional use of the finished masters. 3. Production Timeline: Projects typically conclude within 2 weeks. If a project exceeds 14 days due to client-requested revisions or scheduling, the retainer must be replenished to continue production. 4. Facilities: The retainer covers remote production. On-site recording at world-class studios in Los Angeles is available as an add-on service, subject to availability and additional facility fees.
